federal possesion could equal federal instrumentality which a bank is and therefor would be taxable.

Angry look up the word synonym. That’s not how IRS defines various income.

There IS one major conspiracy by the Congress regarding taxes — to keep workers paying BY FAR the highest tax rates. Those who actually work, those who actually operate the business, or are self employed, or work somewhow, are taxed 2-4 times as much as those who make money by credit sways, leverage buy outs, derivities, capital gains.

Tax all income alike, make it simple.

Matos dumb ass, if you are getting earned income tax credit, that is WELFARE. That is nice word for welfare.

YOu are getting far more money FROM the government than you gave it, dumb ass. You didnt loan shit.

If you don’t want EITC — dont file. You won’t get your welfare. EITC goes way beyond a refund dumb ass.

You don’t have to claim EITC — be a man. Don’t take welfare.

@NawwLeans:
Thoroughly defined? HOW??
You can’t “define” a word by pointing to a different group of words that sound similar.
The so-called definition that you are referring to is a deception.
People are deceived too easily, usually out of FEAR OF REPRISAL FROM THE MEN WITH GUNS, that’s the problem.

Good video, i found it very interesting and mildly entertaining.

arch571332 February 19th, 2010 at 4:33 am

The only way to get around that is if too many people agreed not to pay at the same time. There would be too many people to arrest, they would have to change their policy and get rid of the FED.

MasterPhil175 February 19th, 2010 at 4:39 am

Too bad that if we tried to not pay federal income tax, we’d be thrown in jail or something.

felixq78 February 19th, 2010 at 5:10 am

The “Truth” is out already. At the core of the problem is the ignorance, fear and laziness of the American people.

victor2cutube February 19th, 2010 at 5:53 am

very good we can only hope the truth will get out soon

MatosUpNorth February 19th, 2010 at 5:56 am

It’s funny ya know! Like… the guys below me tells us to look at the IRS web site for the truth! Some people just don’t get it. Do I file? Yup! But only because I don’t owe the government any taxes, and I get the earned income credit, which means I get all the money back I “lent” to the government. If I owed taxes…I would not file. I do not meet the requirements to file, the rules for “Income from within or without the US.” This series has educated me…and my friends and family.

NawwLeans February 19th, 2010 at 6:05 am

Are you kidding? Taxable income is thoroughly defined in the tax law (and on the IRS Web site). There is wage income, interest and dividend income, capital gains, alimony, rental income, lottery winnings — you get the idea. And there’s a place for each and every one of them on your Form 1040 tax return.

Sorry to be the one to break the bad news. Denial isn’t your friend.

bearhamo February 19th, 2010 at 6:12 am

I thank you for getting the word out. I have forwarded this to many of the doubters who did not believe.

Arachnidia February 19th, 2010 at 6:32 am

A job well done. I certainly enjoyed the details. Kudos. Out of curiosity, do you pay taxes?

ghulk562 February 19th, 2010 at 6:34 am

never in my life have I seen, or heard something so defined in detail than this video set of 9 represented here. Granted the monotone voice was hard but, the direct evidence of education was overwhelming. No theories, opinions, ect… Just the Letter of the law. I wish religion was this easy!!!
P.S. yes he did buy the undercoat to his car, because he IS the manager of the dealership!!! LOL…

WarzSchoolchild February 19th, 2010 at 7:14 am

Great series, very clear explanations, I appreciated the constant repetition of salient points! They need to be memorised. The only downer, is that I note just 714 views on this final episode. 714,000 would be more encouraging!

COME ON YOUTUBE FANS, SPREAD THE WORD!

rationalbloke February 19th, 2010 at 8:04 am

You’ve summed up my thoughts perfectly. Thank you.

qtzlctl2012 February 19th, 2010 at 8:05 am

I bet you’re the type of guy that buys the “undercoat” from teh car dealership cause the manager says it’s good for you.

“Compensation for labor or services, paid in the form of wages or salary, has been universally held by the courts of this republic to be income, subject to the income tax laws currently applicable. . . . [Taxpayer] seems to have been inspired by various tax protesting groups across the land who postulate weird and illogical theories of tax avoidance all to the detriment of the common weal [sic] and of themselves.” United States v. Romero, 640 F.2d 1014, 1016 (9th Cir. 1981).

shredsickgnar February 19th, 2010 at 9:03 am

Awesome video series thank you so much for posting!

hanzo2001 February 19th, 2010 at 9:50 am

OK. It is clear that after almost 90 minutes of legalese I can now face an IRS Taxman and make him shove his 1040 up his arse, puke it, rinse and repeat…

Crap! I would be an alien in the US so I’d be taxable! How do I become a resident then?

American’s, Fight for your rights and your freedom!!!

SonnyTheWhiteDwarf February 19th, 2010 at 10:42 am

Now I have seen all 9 of 9. What a great presentation! Social Security is pure deception, too — a massive fraud on the same scale.

h1ghj3sus February 19th, 2010 at 10:54 am

Thanks for all of the effort jasrid04. I love people like you.

closk01 February 19th, 2010 at 11:35 am

great…irs sucks my butthole

forced4motorsports February 19th, 2010 at 11:41 am

One of the best eye opening videos ever. I am taxable, being a resident alien, but that does not stop me from wanting all the people of the united states to stand up for what is right and just. I wouldn’t stop Ron Paul or the likes from repealing the 16th, but it really does seem unnecessary. I think it is in need of some serious clarity and to have some of the removed text replaced and 861-8 uncluttered. I think Ron Paul should watch this!
